This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Popr, LLC, a Colorado, United States corporation, and the user ("User" or "You") of the Popr.ai software as a service ("Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Popr.ai Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Access and Accounts:

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities while using the Service.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorized access, distribution of malware, and violation of third-party rights.

2.3 Content:

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through the Service.
Popr, LLC reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates this Agreement.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Subscription Fees:

Details regarding subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are outlined on the Popr, LLC website.
Subscription fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Taxes:

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the use of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership:

Popr, LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights.

4.2 License:

Popr, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

5. Privacy and Data Security

5.1 Privacy Policy:

The Popr, LLC Privacy Policy, available on the Popr, LLC website, governs the collection and use of personal information.

5.2 Data Security:

Popr, LLC employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by User:

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Popr, LLC website.

6.2 Termination by Popr, LLC:

Popr, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Popr, LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Popr, LLC be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado, United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Colorado, United States.

10. Miscellaneous

You recognize that Popr.ai is not a LinkedIn product. Like any third party software or tools, LinkedIn Corporation, and any LinkedIn products like Sales Navigator, don’t endorse the use of Popr.ai nor does LinkedIn Corporation have any association with us. As such, you are solely responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of LinkedIn and any LinkedIn products. Popr, LLC will not be responsible for any dispute from your relationship with respect to compliance with the terms and conditions of these tools.

10. Changes to the Agreement

Popr, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
